Refund policy
Per New York State Law, we are only allowed to accept returns of products that are defective. If you open a bottle and find it is defective, we will gladly exchange it for a bottle of equal or greater value. If exchanging for an item of greater value, you will be responsible for the retail price difference, plus any applicable taxes. We do not offer store credit or refunds. Your return must be accompanied by the original bottle, its contents and the cork so that the defect can be verified. Returned bottles must be at least 2/3 full. All returned items will be evaluated by our staff to confirm any defects. All returns must be accompanied by a store receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Wine that is more than 10 years old and special order items are sold as is and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Non-alcoholic items can be returned for up to 30 days when accompanied by a store receipt.
