- Ground Shipping: Throughout the rest of NY and most of the US. In the Tri-State Area, Ground is generally delivered the next business day for orders placed before 2pm.

Orders placed after delivery cutoffs will be delivered the following day. If you would like your delivery at anther time, please indicate a delivery window in the shipping comments.

Ground Shipping is available throughout the rest of New York City, New York State and most of the US. In the Tri-State Area, Ground shipments are generally delivered the next business day for orders placed before 2pm.
For orders being shipped outside New York State, title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from Graham Wine Co. to the buyer in New York State. Therefore, New York State sales tax is applied to the order. As your agent, we will assist in selecting a common carrier for the shipment of products that you have purchased and own. The majority of states maintain laws and regulations that control or restrict the importation of alcohol. In all cases, the purchaser is responsible for complying with the laws and regulations, including in particular those relating to the import of alcohol, in effect in the state to which the purchaser is shipping alcohol.
In addition, during extreme weather, we will gladly hold your purchases until we can ensure safer travel. If you opt to have your order shipped during extreme weather, Graham Wine Co. cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your merchandise upon delivery.
