Saturday, June 7th — Franchere 13th Flor Gruner Veltliner Columbia GorgeMike Hinds, the owner and winemaker behind Franchere Wine Company, is an Oregon native with a deep connection to the region’s viticulture. The winery’s name pays homage to Hinds' great-great-great-grandfather, Gabriel Franchère, a pioneering figure who explored Oregon in the early 19th century.

Franchere Acadia Vineyards 13th Flor Grüner Veltliner is an intriguing and unique expression of this Austrian grape variety, grown in the cool-climate Columbia Gorge region of Oregon. This wine offers a dynamic profile with fresh aromas of green apple, white pepper, and a hint of citrus zest. Friday, June 13th — Pollinator Spirits Gin, Vodka & Amaro: From Claire Marin, the head distiller and beekeeper at Catskill provisions, the Pollinator Gin is distilled from NY State corn and their own wildflower honey.  It’s infused with juniper berries and pollinator-friendly botanicals such as verbena, chamomile, and angelica. It is proofed down with mineral-rich Catskill Mountain spring water to create an aromatic gin with a round, herbaceous bouquet and hints of citrus.

The Pollinator Vodka is also distilled from NY State corn and their own wildflower honey, and proofed down with that mineral-rich Catskill Mountain spring water to create a silky, round and clean Vodka, perfect for cocktails.
