Amaro Nonino 750ml

Crafted in Friuli using the family’s original 1933 recipe, this “Quintessentia” amaro is based on aged grappa macerated with botanicals such as gentian, rhubarb, sweet and bitter orange, thyme, wormwood, tamarind, and rhubarb, then rested in oak barrels. It shows a copper-golden hue with fragrant notes of orange zest, bitter marmalade, thyme, menthol, and exotic mango. On the palate, bright citrus sweetness integrates with gentian bitterness, enhanced by pepper, licorice, and cocoa. The finish is long, smooth, and harmonious—neither overly syrupy nor excessively bitter—versatile for sipping neat or mixing.
