Cascina Val Liberata Anarkoide
Italy > Piedmont
Cascina Val Liberata's Anarkoide is a biodynamic red wine from Piedmont, Italy, crafted exclusively from the Grignolino grape variety. The grapes are cultivated on pale clay soils and undergo fermentation for five weeks on the skins, followed by ten months of aging in concrete tanks.
This meticulous process results in a light-bodied red wine with a pale red hue, characteristic of the Grignolino grape. On the nose, Anarkoide presents fragrant aromas of cherries, berries, and pomegranates, complemented by light peppery notes. The palate is fresh and bright, showcasing amazing acidity and super juicy tannins, making it a delightful choice for Italian wine enthusiasts.
This versatile red pairs excellently with dishes like pizza, spaghetti carbonara, or risotto, enhancing the dining experience with its vibrant profile.
