Castel Pujol Folklore Blanco

Produced in Rivera, Uruguay, this organic white blend of 70% Trebbiano and 30% Malvasia comes from vineyards planted on deep, iron-rich volcanic soils. Handpicked grapes with some skin contact ferment in stainless steel, yielding jasmine, honeysuckle, white peach, grapefruit, and green apple aromas. A textured structure supports crisp lime and pear flavors with saline minerality and a pithy finish.
