From Claire Marin, the head distiller and Beekeeper at Catskill provisions, the Pollinator Gin is distilled from NY State corn and their own wildflower honey. It’s infused with juniper berries and pollinator-friendly botanicals such as verbena, chamomile, and angelica. It is proofed down with mineral-rich Catskill Mountain spring water to create an aromatic gin with a round, herbaceous bouquet and hints of citrus. Catskill Provisions also donates a percent of each sale to causes that protect bees and other vital pollinators.
