The mash bill consists of 80% rye and 20% malted barley, sourced from local New York farms. After small-batch distillation, the whiskey is infused with late-summer raw wildflower honey harvested from hives in the northwest Catskills. It is then aged in charred American oak barrels, allowing the flavors to meld and mature beautifully.
