Fun and fresh sparking Chenin Blanc from the Loire valley with aromas of green apple, quince, citrus, and white flowers, plus some extra almond and honey-like notes from lees aging. On the palate it shows citrus and dry stone fruit flavors with some roundness balanced by crisp acidity and mineral hints, and a bright bubble.
