Produced in Piedmont using the 1935 original recipe, this all-natural, boutique-style aperitif undergoes a traditional cold maceration of 28 botanicals—including aloe, angelica, wormwood, citrus peel, rhubarb, and mint—and is colored naturally with carrot and beetroot extracts. It unfurls bright aromas of bitter and sweet orange peel, lemon, and rhubarb, layered with warming ginger and clove. The palate is crisp and balanced, offering lively citrus, herbal bitterness, and subtle sweetness, with a clean, lingering finish. Presented at 13.5% ABV, it elevates spritzes while preserving elegance.
