Da Mar Prosecco is a sparkling wine from Italy's Veneto region, specifically the Valdobbiadene area, renowned for its Prosecco production. Crafted by Cantine Sutto, a family-run winery with a three-generation legacy, this wine is made from 100% Glera grapes sourced from sustainably farmed estate vineyards planted on sedimentary, gravelly-pebbly soils.

The winemaking process involves gentle pressing of the grape clusters at low pressure, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled low temperatures. Secondary fermentation is conducted using the Charmat method, where the wine undergoes fermentation in tanks, resulting in its characteristic effervescence.

In the glass, Da Mar Prosecco presents a light, floral, and refreshing profile. On the nose, it exudes aromas of ripe melon and honeysuckle, with a touch of Granny Smith apple. The palate is dry, crisp, and zippy, featuring textured bubbles with fresh grapefruit, a hint of honey, and sturdy minerality.

This Prosecco pairs exceptionally well with seafood dishes, such as oysters on the half shell and baked clams, where its acidity and minerality complement the briny flavors. It also serves as a delightful aperitif and is versatile enough to accompany brunch fare like Eggs Benedict or an intimate dinner for two.
