The estate, established in 2009 by Anne-Cécile Jadaud and Tanguy Perrault, spans approximately 7 hectares of vineyards in Vouvray, Vernou-sur-Brenne, and Noizay. Committed to organic farming practices, the duo emphasizes minimal intervention, allowing the terroir to express itself fully in their wines. 

In the glass, "Haut les Chœurs!" Vouvray Brut presents a pale golden hue with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is characterized by fresh pear and exotic fruit aromas, leading to a full-bodied, juicy palate with robust density, good length and sovory tones on the finish. This sparkling wine pairs excellently with shellfish, poultry, lean fish, and serves as a delightful aperitif.
