A delicate and savory rosé built around Cayuga White, a cold-hardy hybrid first developed in 1945, with supporting roles from Aromella and estate-grown Landot Noir. This thoughtful blend highlights the Finger Lakes’ reputation for innovative grape varieties and resilient vineyard practices.

On the palate, it opens with notes of grapefruit, melon rind, and elderberry, layered with subtle hints of celery seed and fresh florals. The texture is chalky yet refined, carrying a silky, lingering finish that balances brightness with savory depth.

The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel for ten months, undergoing full malolactic fermentation. It was bottled in September 2023 without fining or filtration, preserving both character and purity. The inclusion of Landot Noir contributes gentle color and a lift of red berry nuance, rounding out the blend with a subtle fruit-driven dimension.
