Fanny Fougerat, Limited Edition Le Laurier d'Apollon Cognac Petite Champagne 2010

Produced in the Petite Champagne cru, this artisanal Cognac is distilled in traditional copper pot stills and aged in French oak barrels. Aromas of dried apricot, orange marmalade, and fresh hay layer over sweet vanilla, toasted pecan, and ginger. The palate is silky and complex with orchard fruit, warm honey, citrus zest, cedar spice, and a long, floral finish.
