Gaudioso Terre Siciliane Pinot Grigio is a biodynamically-farmed Sicilian orange wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation and extended skin contact, delivering a rich copper-amber hue and a uniquely textured experience. The nose reveals tiny red berries, Mediterranean scrub, ripe pear, melon, and bergamot. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and lively, with savory minerality, honeyed apricot notes, and a persistent finish shaped by clay soils and biodynamic practices in the Gaudioso’s Partanna vineyards.
