This biodynamically farmed red from Pinerolo, Piedmont, blends rare local varieties like Avanà and Chatus. Native yeast fermentation and neutral barrel aging preserve the wine’s mountain freshness. On the nose, aromas of wild berries, herbs, and earthy spice emerge. The palate is light to medium-bodied, offering bright red cherry, cranberry, and alpine herb flavors with a rustic, mineral edge. The wine finishes fresh and vibrant, reflecting the high-altitude terroir and traditional Alpine viticulture.
