Made from Lodi’s Borden Ranch vineyards planted on quartz and granite, this Chenin Blanc is foot-crushed, fermented in puncheons, aged 11 months on lees, and bottled unfiltered. The nose offers apple, melon, orange blossom, and honeysuckle. A rich yet lively palate unfolds with creamy lees texture, orchard fruit, bright citrus, and a backbone of fresh acidity. It finishes energetic and layered, reflecting its old-vine origins and textured vinification technique.
