Produced by Isa Wines from organically farmed Sauvignon Blanc (Mee Vineyard, Mendocino), this wine undergoes native-yeast fermentation in stainless steel followed by neutral barrel malolactic aging. It releases fragrant aromas of lime zest, passionfruit, fresh-cut grass, and hints of tropical melon. On the palate, it is silky yet crisp, with flavors of citrus, grapefruit pith, and green melon, underpinned by saline minerality.
