This California-crafted amaro blends white wine and grape spirits infused with gentian, cinchona bark, orange bitters, hibiscus, grapefruit, ginger, and exotic botanicals. It pours a pale red tone and offers pronounced citrus aroma with ginger, hibiscus floral notes, and gentle spice. On the palate, bold gentian root bitterness is accompanied by Concord-grape–like fruit, clove, nutmeg, mangosteen, dark chocolate, and lingering dried florals, all balanced by gentle sweetness and a crisp, wine-like body. Not overly aggressive, it holds up well in cocktails or with sparkling wine.
