This wine is crafted from a blend of 70% Trebbiano Romagnolo and 30% Malvasia di Candia, sourced from exceptionally old vines, some exceeding 100 years in age, rooted in sandy soils.

The winemaking process employs the metodo ancestrale, starting fermentation with native yeasts in tanks, followed by a secondary fermentation in the bottle achieved by adding grape must from the same vintage. This traditional method results in a naturally sparkling wine with a slight cloudiness.
