Naveran Cava Rosé
Naveran Cava Rosé
Naveran Cava Brut Rosé is an estate-bottled vintage organic sparkling wine from Spain's Penedès region, crafted by Bodegas Naveran. This Cava is a blend of Pinot Noir and the traditional Parellada grape, sourced from the estate's vineyards in Torrelavit, located in the Alt Penedès sub-region near Barcelona.
Produced using the traditional method, akin to Champagne, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and spends at least 12 months on its lees. This aging process enhances its depth and complexity.
In the glass, Naveran Cava Brut Rosé displays a soft blush color with tiny bubbles. The nose reveal aromas of mulberries, cherries, and strawberries, leading to a tart, crisp, finish of green apple and citrus.
This versatile sparkling wine pairs wonderfully with soft cheeses, fresh fruit, white meats like pork and chicken, and even richly flavored red meats. It's also an excellent choice for receptions and other standing events, serving as a delightful aperitif or accompaniment throughout the meal.
Bodegas Naveran, with a legacy dating back to 1901, is dedicated to producing premium Cavas exclusively from organic grapes farmed on their estate. Their commitment to quality and traditional methods is evident in each bottle, offering a genuine expression of the Penedès terroir.
