Naveran Dama is an estate-bottled organic Cava from Spain's Penedès region, produced by Caves Naveran. This sparkling wine is crafted from a blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Parellada, with vines planted between 1975 and 1993.

In the glass, it presents a pale luminous yellow color with greenish reflections, accompanied by fine, persistent bubbles. The nose reveals crisp notes of green apple, toasty brioche, baking spices, and pears, leading to a medium-bodied palate that is soft and silky. Its dry and refreshing nature is rounded with an elegant, balanced finish.

The Chardonnay contributes body and volume, while the Parellada imparts a zesty, bright character, balancing the creamy richness of the Chardonnay. This Cava undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, following the traditional method, and is aged on its lees for a minimum of 24 months, enhancing its complexity and depth.

Naveran Dama pairs excellently with seafood dishes like oysters or sushi, lighter chicken dinners, or fruit desserts like peaches and sliced oranges, where its fresh acidity complements these dishes perfectly.

The Naveran family's winemaking legacy dates back to 1901, and today they cultivate 110 hectares of vineyards in the Alt Penedès subregion, specifically in the town of Torrelavit. Their commitment to organic farming and traditional methods is evident in the quality and character of their Cavas.
