Nc'nean Distillery's Organic Single Malt Scotch Whisky is crafted from 100% organic Scottish barley, emphasizing sustainability and exceptional quality. The distillery uses longer mashing times, slower fermentation, and unique yeast strains to develop a distinctive and vibrant character. Matured in a combination of STR (shaved, toasted, and re-charred) red wine casks, ex-American whiskey barrels, and a small proportion of Oloroso sherry casks, this whisky achieves a rich body with fruity sweetness and complexity.

The whisky opens with aromas of barley sugar, orange oil, apricot jam, and summer berries, underpinned by biscuity malt and vanilla. On the palate, tangy tropical fruits like charred pineapple blend with creamy fudge, ginger, and stewed berries. The finish lingers with notes of dark chocolate, candied orange, buttered shortbread, and toasted oak spice. Bottled at 46% ABV, this non-chill filtered whisky retains its natural color and is vegan-friendly.
