This crisp, unoaked Alvarinho from Monção & Melgaço (Vinho Verde DOC) undergoes cool, slow-fermentation and four months of stainless steel aging. Aromas burst with creamy citrus oil, lime, yellow apple, peach, grapefruit, and floral hints of orange blossom. The palate offers zesty acidity, saline minerality, and a refreshing long finish.
