This rich, full-bodied wine offers notes of blackberries and licorice, complemented by a peppery finish that balances power and elegance. 

The grapes are sourced from 35-year-old vines planted in limestone and marl soils with red sandstone, contributing to the wine's deep structure. 

Vinified traditionally, the wine is aged for six months in concrete vats, preserving its fruit-forward character and enhancing its complexity.
