Produced in Los Altos and aged eight months in American oak, this reposado exhibits a pale amber color and complex aroma of cooked and raw agave, gentle citrus, herbal mint, and light vanilla. The palate is rich and silky, with sweet cooked agave, caramel, banana, and floral notes, balanced by spice, oak tannins, and citrus brightness. A lingering warming finish with pepper and oak makes it equally enjoyable neat or in high-end cocktails.
