Storchi Pozzoferrato Reggiano Rosso Frizzante

Biodynamically farmed in Reggio Emilia; from the grapes: Lambrusco Salamino, Ancellotta, Lambrusco Maestri.  It's not labeled Lambrusco, but it's something adjacent.  Sparkling red with intense ruby red fruit, a touch of wildness and tang, and some complex notes of violets and leather.
