Swick "Chillable Red"

An organic, chillable red blend from Oregon by Swick Wines, crafted from Pinot Noir, Grenache Noir, Pinot Gris, Mourvèdre, Malbec, and Cinsault. After two months of whole-cluster maceration and 14 months in neutral French oak, it offers aromas of mushroom, cherry, brambly raspberry, dried flowers, black tea, pepper, and blood orange. The palate is juicy with fresh raspberry, cherry, dried red fruits, coffee, and black tea, supported by vibrant acidity and a mineral firmness that makes it perfect chilled alongside grilled fare.
