Troon Vineyard is one of our favorite producers. Nestled in Oregon’s Applegate Valley, part of the Southern Oregon AVA, Troon is a leader in sustainable viticulture. It’s one of the few vineyards in the U.S. to earn Regenerative Organic Certification, a standard that goes beyond organic farming to include fair labor practices and animal welfare. Troon also employs biodynamic farming techniques to enhance soil health and foster biodiversity.

This Syrah offers bold, dark fruit flavors like blackberry, black cherry, and plum, complemented by savory notes of black pepper, smoked meat, and earthy minerals. With its firm tannic structure and long finish, it’s a versatile wine that pairs well with a variety of dishes.
