From Oregon’s Willamette Valley, this skin-contact Pinot Gris—crafted in the Italian ramato style—undergoes spontaneous fermentation followed by gentle skin contact and CO₂-protected maceration. The result is an orange-toned wine with waxy texture and soft tannins, offering tart red plum, cranberry, white tea, and subtle fizz. It’s made using wild yeasts, stainless steel aging, and no added sulfites.
